Parental Co-Operation

  1. Parents are requested to kindly look into their child’s school diary every day and see that the lessons and the homework assigned for the next day are completed regularly.
  2. Remarks made in the school diary may please be acknowledge and countersigned regularly by the parents.
  3. If parents feel that their child is not making the desired progress, they should discuss it with the principal and the class teacher.
  4. Parents are requested to make complaints, if any, directly to the Principal and not to the teacher concerned. Complaints on phone can not be relied upon and therefore on sensitive issues personal contact is suggested.
  5. Insubordination to teacher’s habitual inattention to the school work, irregular attendance, cheating or other misconduct even out side school premises are sufficient reasons for parents to dialogue with the school Principal to avoid any confrontation.
  6. Criticism of a student’s or his/her school in the presence of the child should be avoided because it may cause the students to lose respect for his/her teacher and the school.
  7. Parents are not allowed to meet their children or their teachers during school hours without prior permission of the principal.
  8. Parents are expected to participate in school functions whenever they are invited.
  9. Parents are requested to inform the school of any change of their address ad telephone number.
  10. a. Parents are required to send their children to school in time.
  11. Presence of every child at the assembly is compulsory.
  12. the student who fails to reach the school in time and does not attend the assembly may be sent back home.
  13. Parents should not take the child out of Lucknow without prior permission of the Principal during school days.
  14. No sick child may be sent to school with medicines to be taken during school hours.
  15. Parents must ensure their children take part in all the activities of the school.
  16. Parents are required to send their children in neat, clean & proper school uniform with their shoes polished in hair cut as well as nails trimmed.
  17. Parent are required to see that copies and books of their children are properly maintained by covering them without brown paper.

Parent-Teacher Meetings

The school periodically organized parent-teacher meetings where talks are arranged to child education and child welfare. Parents are requested to attend all such meetings in the interest of their own child.
